Editing Profile
From the Kart Pass App Menu:
- Go to “MY PROFILE” in the Kart Pass App menu
- Tap “EDIT PROFILE”
- You’ll see where you can edit your Address, Email, Phone Number, Change your Password, or Re-Scan your ID
You CANNOT edit:
- Your Name
- Headshot / Photo
- Date of Birth
- ID Expiration date
If you’ve got a new ID and your name has changed or your expiration date has changed, you can Re-scan your ID.
If your information isn’t displaying correctly from your scanned ID, please submit a Support Request to the Kart Pass Team.
