Adding Team Members
From the Kart Pass App Menu:
- Go to “MY TEAM OR GROUP” in the Kart Pass App menu
- Tap the Black “+” to Add Team Members
- Enter the Mobile Phone Number for the Team Member you want to add to your Team / Group. (Must be 18 or older.)
If they already HAVE a Kart Pass Account:
- You’ll see their name populate after you enter their mobile phone number.
- Tap on the Name
- Select the Duty they’ll perform at the track from the dropdown menu
- This saves a step at checkout but if their duty changes, this can be changed at checkout
- IF you wish to add any additional team members, you can enter their Mobile Phone Numbers to invite them as well
- Tap “Invite Users” at the bottom of the screen
- You’ll see your Team Members in the List
- They are added to your list and will not be notified until you buy them a pass
If they do NOT have a Kart Pass Account:
- You’ll see the phone number drop down after you enter it
- Tap on the Number
- Select the Duty they’ll perform at the track from the dropdown menu
- This saves a step at checkout but if their duty changes, this can be changed at checkout
- IF you wish to add any additional team members, you can enter their Mobile Phone Numbers to invite them as well
- Tap “Invite Users” at the bottom of the screen
- You’ll see your Team Members in the List
- They will receive a text message to with links download the app and you will see them in the list as a Phone Number with “Invited” to the right of their number
You will receive text messages when your team members have signed up for the app.
IMPORTANT: You will NOT be able to buy a Pass for Your Team or Group Member until they have created their OWN Kart Pass App Account.
Every adult needs their own Kart Pass App account in order to have a verified identity to sign the waiver and validate the pass.
